How long will these items still be offered for up to $40 less?
The early bird price of $40 is only available for a limited time. Some items might go back to their regular price very soon. We have only kept these items at this price because of the Stitch Spring Community's incredible support for the project. However, most items will go back to their regular price soon because offering items at this very low price is only sustainable for a short period of time.
What does vaulted mean?
When an item gets vaulted, it means that it will be permanently retired. Items from older collections and less popular designs are getting vaulted to make room for new items. However, even items from very popular collections can get vaulted as it is necessary to make room for new collections.
Why are items only every discounted once?
We want to give back to early supporters of our collections. So, we are offering our items at their lowest possible price right from the start. This way, you can know that if you purchase an item from a new collection, you are getting it at the lowest price it will ever be.
This is very different from how most brands do sales. We think it is very frustrating how other brands usually do it: You buy an item for its full price and support a brand's initial release just for the same product to go on sale a few weeks later. This leaves a bitter taste for early supporters and also depreciates the value of the item.
We are doing it the opposite way to ensure the items you purchase retain their value and to not leave this bad taste your might be used to from other brands.
Your international shipping cost is very affordable. Do I need to pay anything when my package arrives?
No, we are taking care of the customs clearance process to almost every country including major regions like the US, Australia, UK and other countries. So, you can receive your order hassle free just as if you ordered it from a local shop down the street.
